At Still Sourcing, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
No Refunds After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or changes. This is because the item is already in transit and processing has been completed.
Damaged Items Policy
We carefully check all in-hand items before dispatch. However, if your item arrives damaged:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage
- Once verified, we will offer either:
- A replacement (if available), or
- A partial or full refund depending on the situation
Please note: damage caused by misuse or after delivery is not covered.
Wrong Item Policy
If you receive the incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the item received
- After review, we will:
- Send the correct item at no extra cost, or
- Issue a full refund if the correct item cannot be provided
Important Notes
- All claims must be submitted within the stated time frame
- Items must be unused and in original condition (where applicable)
- We reserve the right to deny claims if evidence is not sufficient
