How long is delivery?

Delivery times depend on the type of item you purchase:

• In-hand (ready-to-ship) items: Delivered within 2–3 business days after shipping

• Sourced items: Delivered within 8-12 business days after shipping

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary slightly depending on the courier.

Are items quality checked?

Yes. All items are fully quality checked before shipping to ensure they meet our standards. We inspect each product carefully to make sure it is in the correct condition and matches your order.

When will I receive tracking information?

You will receive your tracking number as soon as your item has been shipped out. This allows you to follow your parcel every step of the way until it arrives.

What is the difference between ready-to-ship and sourced items?

• Ready-to-ship items (in-hand):
  These are items that we physically have in stock. Because they are already with us, they are processed and shipped much faster.

• Sourced items:
  These items are not physically held in our stock. Instead, they are obtained through our trusted network of suppliers after you place an order. This is why they take slightly longer to arrive.
